What Is Equine Assisted Programming?

Equine assisted programming uses interactions with horses as part of structured activities that support emotional, physical, and personal development. Horses are highly perceptive animals, and their natural responses provide valuable feedback that helps participants learn about themselves in real time.

These experiences can support improvements in confidence, coordination, communication skills, emotional awareness, and stress reduction — all within a calm outdoor setting.

No previous horse experience is needed to participate.
